UX, Design & Architecture - Other - Corporate (Nagpur)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated UX, Design & Architecture professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Corporate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a strategic mindset developed through an MBA/PGDM. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms and contributing to architectural decisions that enhance our banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Translate user research findings into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital banking solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define user requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute to the architectural design of new features and enhancements, considering scalability, security, and performance.
- Analyze existing user journeys and identify areas for improvement to optimize user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and banking.
- Present design concepts and research findings to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Apply strategic thinking and business acumen (MBA/PGDM background) to align design solutions with business objectives and market demands.
