Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in the overall administration and operational management of the training center.

Support the development and implementation of training modules relevant to the retail industry.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of trainers and ensure effective delivery of educational content.

Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

Ensure adherence to company policies and educational standards.

Manage resources and facilities effectively to support learning objectives.

Collaborate with HR and store management to identify training needs and opportunities.
