The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of visual design principles, with a focus on conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets for print and digital media. This role is crucial in translating marketing and communication objectives into effective visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative visual designs for marketing collateral, packaging, publications, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and editorial teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, and preliminary sketches to present design ideas.
- Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality.
