Warehouse Manager (Nagpur) - 3-4 Yrs Exp.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical and healthcare product storage and distribution operations in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory management, regulatory compliance, and efficient warehouse logistics. This role requires a meticulous approach to ensure product integrity, timely dispatch, and optimal stock levels, contributing directly to the efficient functioning of our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Ensure all operations comply with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and relevant pharmaceutical regulations in India.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to track stock levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize wastage.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance on best practices.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment within the warehouse, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational costs.
- Utilize knowledge of M.Pharma to ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive and specialized pharmaceutical products.
