Welder - 3-4 Yrs (Thane)

We are seeking a skilled Welder with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of welding principles and techniques. This role is crucial for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for various welding tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations on various metals and alloys using different welding processes (e.g., SMAW, GMAW, GTAW).

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately plan and execute welding tasks.

Conduct visual inspections and utilize NDT methods to ensure weld quality and adherence to standards.

Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
