Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wireless Network Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree and a foundational understanding of wireless networking principles. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the reliability and performance of our wireless communication infrastructure, supporting our BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of wireless networks (Wi-Fi, cellular, etc.).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Conduct site surveys and recommend optimal placement for wireless access points.
Support the configuration and management of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades and expansions.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure network security best practices are followed.
