Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our wireless network infrastructure across our facilities, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity for all operations. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless technologies and their application in an industrial and corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade wireless networks (Wi-Fi 6/6E, 802.11ac/ax).

Configure and maintain wireless controllers, access points, and related network hardware.

Perform site surveys, RF analysis, and capacity planning to optimize wireless coverage and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Implement and enforce wireless security policies and procedures (WPA2/3 Enterprise, RADIUS).

Monitor network performance and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

Collaborate with IT and operational teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure.

Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
