Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ship Safety Officer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations and company policies related to the transportation of agrochemical products. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of safety management systems for maritime operations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of vessels and cargo handling operations to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant national and international maritime safety regulations (e.g., SOLAS, ISM Code).

Provide safety training and awareness programs to crew members and shore-based personnel involved in shipping operations.

Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

Stay updated on best practices in maritime safety and risk management.
