1-2 Yrs Mountaineering Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mountaineering Instructor with an LLM degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. While our primary business is in the FMCG sector, we are developing unique experiential learning programs that incorporate outdoor adventure, leveraging the rich natural landscape surrounding Chandigarh. This role will be instrumental in designing and delivering safe and engaging mountaineering expeditions and training sessions for our employees, fostering leadership and team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive mountaineering training programs, including technical skills, safety protocols, and risk management, tailored for participants with diverse backgrounds.

Lead and supervise mountaineering expeditions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to strict safety guidelines and emergency procedures.

Utilize your LLM knowledge to critically analyze expedition plans, interpret environmental data, and contribute to strategic decision-making for outdoor programs.

Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their mountaineering skills and overall experience.

Maintain and manage mountaineering equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and meets safety standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement team-building activities that integrate mountaineering challenges.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mountaineering and outdoor education.
