Pumpman - FMCG Sector - 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Pumpman to join our operations team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a graduate degree. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our pumping systems, which are vital for our FMCG production processes. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various pumps and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor various types of pumps (e.g., centrifugal, positive displacement) used in production, water supply, and waste management.

Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, and related pipelines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Identify and troubleshoot common pump issues, including leaks, vibrations, and performance degradation.

Maintain accurate records of pump operations, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations and maintenance tasks.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new pumping equipment.

Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues.
