Role Summary:
ITC Limited is seeking a highly motivated and analytical User Research Manager to join our innovative team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) and a passion for understanding consumer behavior in the FMCG space. You will contribute to shaping product development and marketing strategies through insightful user research, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies to uncover consumer needs, preferences, and pain points within the FMCG market.
- Design and execute research plans, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Analyze research data, identify key insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and design teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to various internal teams and leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in user research and consumer behavior.
- Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps based on research insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of A/B tests and other experimental designs.
