Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping Engineering & Technical professional with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the shipping and logistics of our agrochemical products, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical handling, international shipping standards, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the shipment of agrochemical products, ensuring timely and safe delivery to domestic and international destinations.

Ensure all shipments comply with national and international regulations for hazardous materials and chemical transport.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Production, Quality Control, Sales) and external logistics partners to streamline the shipping process.

Prepare and review all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of analysis.

Monitor inventory levels related to shipping and coordinate with the warehouse team for efficient dispatch.

Assist in the investigation and resolution of any shipping-related issues or discrepancies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of shipping processes and logistics efficiency.
