Review customer applications and data for any signs of identity theft or fraudulent information.

Maintain accurate records of all fraud investigations and actions taken.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to resolve fraud cases.

Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and best practices in the NBFC industry.
