Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Guide / Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our team in Chandigarh. This role involves managing and executing engaging tours and coordinating related activities for our FMCG brand experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver informative and engaging tours of our facilities, highlighting our FMCG products and brand story.
- Coordinate all aspects of tour logistics, including scheduling, group management, and transportation arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align tour content with brand messaging and promotional activities.
- Gather visitor feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of tour programs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, company history, and local points of interest.
- Assist with event planning and execution for corporate or consumer-focused gatherings.
