Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sports, Fitness & Personal Care - Other professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our analytics team in Mangalore. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between design thinking and data-driven insights within the sports, fitness, and personal care domains. This role requires a blend of user-centric design principles and analytical thinking to enhance product development and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate user needs and market trends in the sports, fitness, and personal care sectors into actionable design concepts.

Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to integrate design perspectives into analytical projects.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design solutions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Create compelling visual assets and prototypes that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Stay updated with the latest trends in design, technology, and the sports, fitness, and personal care industries.
