We are seeking a skilled and experienced Webmaster to manage and maintain our company website and related digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure our online presence is functional, secure, and up-to-date. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality web experiences. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) for efficient website updates and content deployment.
- Monitor website performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and implement optimizations for speed and responsiveness.
- Ensure website security by implementing and maintaining security protocols, performing regular backups, and responding to security threats.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to develop and execute web strategies, including SEO optimization and digital campaign support.
- Manage domain registrations, hosting, and SSL certificates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues.
- Generate website traffic and engagement reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest web trends, technologies, and best practices.
