Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and possess a foundational understanding of engineering principles relevant to the textile and apparel industry. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Perform routine checks and minor repairs on equipment, escalating issues as needed.
Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and operational data.
Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Support the implementation of process improvements and new technologies.
