Account Director - Manufacturing & Production (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Director with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for managing and growing key client relationships within the manufacturing and production sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service. While a formal degree is not mandatory, a 12th Pass certification and proven track record in client-facing roles are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned manufacturing and production clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to clients.
- Proactively monitor client accounts for potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
