We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing various project lifecycle stages within our operational framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles and a keen eye for operational efficiency. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial and business management principles relevant to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, quality control, and logistics.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
