Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Informaticist with a B.Pharma background to join our manufacturing and production team in Mangalore. This role involves bridging the gap between clinical information systems and manufacturing processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in optimizing data flow and utilizing technology to enhance production quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing-related information systems, including batch record management and quality control software.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within production databases and reporting systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, IT) to define system requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Develop and deliver training on new systems and processes to manufacturing personnel.

Analyze data from production systems to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential compliance risks.

Support the development and validation of informatics solutions for manufacturing operations.

Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and information systems.
