Leadership Trainer - Manufacturing & Production (Nasik) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Trainer to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging leadership training programs for our employees within the Manufacturing & Production division. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development frameworks, and the specific challenges faced by professionals in the manufacturing sector. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing future leaders and enhancing the overall leadership capability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive leadership training curricula, workshops, and materials tailored to the needs of the manufacturing and production workforce.
