Account / Relationship Management - Voice / Blended for M.Des Graduates (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master's in Design (M.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an Account / Relationship Manager. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding their needs within the electronic components sector, and providing solutions through voice and blended communication channels. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to foster strong partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the electronic components industry.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Understand client needs and business objectives, translating them into actionable insights and service offerings.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify opportunities for product/service enhancement and client value creation.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status, progress, and potential challenges to management.

Contribute to the development of communication strategies and client engagement initiatives.
