Accounts Manager - Chemicals (Chennai) - 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our finance team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, with an MBA/PGDM in Finance or a related field. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
