Accounts Payable Executive (1-3 Yrs) at Aarti Industries Limited

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our finance team at Aarti Industries Limited in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors via various methods (cheque, NEFT, RTGS).
- Maintain the accounts payable ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Prepare aging reports and other AP-related reports for management.
- Collaborate with the procurement and other departments to ensure smooth invoice processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all AP-related records.
