Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for managing our accounts payable operations efficiently and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions within our clinical research and contract research environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, coupled with a B.Pharma degree, bringing a unique perspective to financial management in the pharmaceutical services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Manage vendor relationships and address inquiries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
Support internal and external audits.
Utilize a B.Pharma background to understand and manage financial aspects related to pharmaceutical research and development costs.
