Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our finance team in Noida. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, PO matching, and payment runs.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment-related queries.

Maintain organized and comprehensive records of all payables and related documentation.

Support in the development and implementation of AP policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and company policies.
