Accounts Receivable Executive - 12th Pass Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounts receivable operations. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and strong financial records for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily accounts receivable transactions, including posting customer payments, cash, and checks.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues by contacting clients, accounts receivable staff, and other persons or organizations involved.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and take appropriate collection actions.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to the general ledger.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain strong communication with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
