Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Pune. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to build a career in finance within the fast-paced courier and logistics industry. You will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in processing invoices and generating customer statements.

Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

Perform daily account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Communicate with customers via email and phone to remind them of outstanding balances.

Apply cash, checks, and other forms of payment to customer accounts.

Support the Accounts Receivable team in month-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all AR activities.

Assist in preparing reports on AR aging and collection status.
