Accounts Receivable Manager (Ludhiana)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our finance team in Ludhiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts receivable, including invoice creation and distribution.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Contact customers to inquire about outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and collection forecasts.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
