Analytics / BI Manager - Furniture & Furnishing Sector (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics / BI Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background and analytical skills to drive business insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance our business intelligence capabilities within the furniture and furnishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, marketing, and customer behavior.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools and techniques to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels.
