Manager Information Security - Furniture & Furnishing Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Information Security to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial for safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards within the dynamic Furniture & Furnishing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and incident response, with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-4 years of progressive experience in information security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage information security policies, procedures, and controls to protect company data and systems.

- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.

- Manage security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.

- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

- Provide security awareness training to employees and promote a security-conscious culture.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the business operations.

- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
