Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Customer Onboarding Specialist (Non-Voice) within our dynamic Furniture & Furnishing division. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent MCA graduate eager to kickstart their career in a customer-facing role without direct voice communication. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our new clients, managing their accounts, and facilitating their journey with our premium furniture solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all documentation and information is accurately collected and processed.

Utilize CRM systems and internal tools to track customer progress, update records, and generate reports.

Communicate with customers primarily through email, chat, and other non-voice channels to answer queries, provide support, and gather feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service delivery.

Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest improvements.

Assist in the creation and updating of onboarding materials and FAQs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the onboarding journey.
