Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, holding a B.Pharma degree. This role will be instrumental in exploring and implementing advanced 3D printing technologies for innovative packaging solutions and product development within the FMCG sector. You will work closely with R&D, product development, and manufacturing teams to drive efficiency and create novel consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize 3D printing processes for rapid prototyping and small-scale production of packaging components, considering material science and pharmaceutical compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into functional 3D printed designs and prototypes.
- Conduct research on new additive manufacturing materials and technologies relevant to the FMCG industry, with a focus on food-grade and safe materials.
- Evaluate and test 3D printed parts for structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and performance characteristics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D printing equipment and processes.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, material properties, and printing parameters.
- Contribute to the development of quality control procedures for 3D printed components.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in additive manufacturing and its applications in consumer goods and pharmaceuticals.
