Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Adventure Sports Guide with 1-3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide participants in various adventure sports activities (e.g., trekking, kayaking, basic climbing) ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and emergency response procedures, leveraging B.Pharma knowledge for risk assessment and mitigation.
- Conduct pre-activity briefings, equipment checks, and post-activity debriefings.
- Educate participants on safety measures, environmental ethics, and the proper use of equipment.
- Maintain first-aid kits and ensure availability of necessary medical supplies, drawing upon pharmaceutical understanding.
- Monitor participant well-being, identify potential health risks, and provide appropriate assistance.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of adventure events and tours.
- Maintain records of activities, participant feedback, and any incidents.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in adventure sports and safety management.
