Agency Manager (1-2 Yrs) | Thane

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Agency Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing relationships with external agencies, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external agencies (e.g., suppliers, contractors, service providers) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor agency performance against agreed-upon KPIs and service level agreements.
- Coordinate project requirements and communicate them effectively to relevant agency stakeholders.
- Review and approve agency deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage agency contracts, invoices, and payment processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within agency collaborations.
- Assist in vendor selection and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of agency interactions and project progress.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to address agency-related issues.
