Agency Manager - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Agency Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our team in Indore. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our network of distributors and retailers, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective product promotion within their assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the agrochemical market and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for agrochemical products.
- Manage and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure product availability and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide technical support and product training to channel partners and end-users.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage.
- Organize and participate in field days, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
