Airport Duty Manager (3-4 Yrs) - Pune

We are seeking an experienced Airport Duty Manager with 3-4 years of relevant experience and an MCA degree to oversee airport operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and safe ground handling services, manage staff, and coordinate with various stakeholders to meet operational targets. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all airport ground operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of ground staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Liaise with airlines, air traffic control, security, and other airport authorities to facilitate smooth flight operations.
- Handle and resolve operational disruptions, emergencies, and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and vehicles, to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, analyzing performance metrics.
- Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and airport operating procedures.
