Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Airport Duty Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a 12th Pass education to oversee and manage airport operations for our corporate travel needs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of all airport-related activities, focusing on executive travel and logistics within the agrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of executive air travel, including flight bookings, itinerary planning, and ground transportation.
- Ensure timely and efficient airport check-ins and departures for company personnel.
- Liaise with airline representatives, airport authorities, and ground staff to resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and prepare reports as required.
- Oversee the safe and secure handling of any company-related cargo or materials being transported.
- Respond to and manage any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies at the airport.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company travel policies.
- Coordinate with security personnel for smooth passage of executives.
- Provide assistance and support to executives during their travel.
