Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (2-4 Yrs) Job Opportunity - Water Treatment / Waste Management

We are seeking a driven and analytical Analyst to join our Finance team, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within the dynamic Water Treatment and Waste Management sector. This role is ideal for a recent M.Des graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience who can contribute to strategic financial decision-making. You will be instrumental in developing financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and proposing corrective actions.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations.

Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to gather inputs and ensure realistic financial targets.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions.

Assist in the development of performance metrics and KPIs to track business performance and drive accountability.

Leverage your M.Des background to approach financial data with a design-thinking mindset, identifying innovative ways to visualize and communicate financial information.
