Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a recent diploma and a strong interest in financial analysis within the FMCG sector. You will support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
Support the analysis of financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and drivers.
Help in developing financial models and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Gather and consolidate financial data from various sources for reporting purposes.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for management review.
Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required.
Learn and apply accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
