Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Analytics / BI Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our Legal practice in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance the efficiency of our legal services. This role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence tools and a B.Sc. degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for the legal department.
- Analyze legal data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools and techniques.
