Anchorperson - Agri-Corp (Noida)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Anchorperson to join our Corporate team in Noida. This role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the legal and compliance functions of a dynamic agri-business. The Anchorperson will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant legal frameworks and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to agricultural operations and land acquisition.

- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with national and state-level agricultural laws, environmental regulations, and corporate governance standards.

- Conduct legal research on various agricultural policies, land laws, and regulatory changes impacting the company's business.

- Help in preparing and filing necessary legal documentation with government bodies and regulatory authorities.

- Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel to resolve legal queries and disputes.

- Maintain organized legal records and databases.
