Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support professional with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience looking to start their career in IT support within the agriculture sector. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware, ensuring smooth IT operations for our agricultural business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond to IT support requests from end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Provide basic training to end-users on new software or IT procedures.
- Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Support the implementation of new IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects.
