Appliance Installer / Repairman for M.Pharma Graduates (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and technically adept Appliance Installer / Repairman with 1-3 years of experience, ideally holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of specialized equipment within our pulp and paper manufacturing plant in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, coupled with the analytical skills developed through pharmaceutical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair various industrial appliances and machinery used in paper production.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all installation and repair activities.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance.

Leverage M.Pharma knowledge for understanding precise operational parameters and quality control in machinery operation.
