Assembly Engineer - Any Postgraduate Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assembly Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing electronic assembly processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic components, manufacturing techniques, and quality control protocols within the semiconductor and electronic systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day assembly operations for electronic components and systems.

Develop, implement, and refine assembly procedures and work instructions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols throughout the assembly process.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the assembly of complex electronic modules.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for assembly lines and implement corrective actions as needed.

Train and mentor junior assembly technicians and operators.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning.
