Assembly Line Operator - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator with 2-3 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our operations team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of educational materials and products, adhering to strict quality control standards. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality principles and their application in a manufacturing setting. You will be a key contributor to our mission of making learning accessible and effective through high-quality educational resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and equipment used in the production of educational kits and learning materials.

Perform quality checks at various stages of the assembly process, ensuring adherence to product specifications and industry standards.

Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and batch manufacturing records to ensure correct assembly procedures.

Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.

Manage inventory of components and materials required for the assembly line.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly process.
