Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as an Assessment / Advisory specialist. This role involves conducting in-depth assessments, providing expert advisory services, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the energy sector, with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions. You will leverage your advanced research skills to analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations for the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive technical and economic assessments of new energy technologies, projects, and market trends within the oil & gas sector.
- Provide expert advisory services to internal teams and external stakeholders on energy policy, regulatory frameworks, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement analytical models and frameworks for evaluating the feasibility and impact of various energy solutions.
- Research and synthesize information from diverse sources to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and white papers communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into business strategy and operational planning.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in renewable energy, energy storage, and hydrocarbon exploration/production technologies.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and research publications.
