Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Operations Intern. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in science and an interest in the legal industry, looking to gain practical experience in managing and overseeing assets within a corporate legal environment. You will work closely with our legal and operations teams to ensure the efficient and compliant management of various company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the tracking, documentation, and inventory management of legal and physical assets.

Support the implementation and maintenance of asset management policies and procedures.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for asset-related queries and resolutions.

Help in preparing reports and analysis related to asset performance and utilization.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to asset management.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the asset operations function.
