We are seeking an Associate / Consultant with 1-2 years of experience to join our Corporate Insurance team in Kochi. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a postgraduate degree who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our corporate client portfolio. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, developing tailored insurance solutions, and managing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business operations and risk profiles to identify insurance needs.
Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals and solutions to corporate clients.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure competitive and appropriate policy terms.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.
Assist in claims management and resolution processes for corporate accounts.
