Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Metals & Mining (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to oversee and manage nursing operations within our corporate healthcare facility in Indore. This role requires a strong blend of clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to employee health and safety in a demanding industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans and protocols.
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Conduct health assessments, provide medical treatments, and manage chronic and acute conditions.
- Collaborate with occupational health physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Develop and deliver health education programs for employees, focusing on preventative health and wellness.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety initiatives specific to the mining and metals industry.
